Anyway, you misunderstood me. Here it is again a little clearer.

If spiderman picks up the Batmobile (I'm saying the Batmobile cause it's the example you used, but any vehicle will do,) he will invariable be tagged by at least a few projectiles. How's he gonna dodge while he's picking up something so heavy? You can't counter this one, unless you can prove that Batman can't throw something at spiderman in less time than it takes to pick up a car.

batman has a homing device...he could very well have his batwing jet...and all 20 batmobiles on the battleground within a matter of minutes or less....and since spiderman has all these walls to latch onto and dumpsters to throw.....well then I have no qualms giving batman this edge.....

all batman had to do is connect a gas batarang to a homing signal one. even if spidey deflects it with webbing ....ahhhhh gas!

technically though batman doesn't even have to do that...he can just fling the homing one and chuck the gas one while spidey's occupied.....if spidey can get taken down by lobbed gas bombs this isn't such a far fetched idea...

That's a really bad idea though, If he actually needed a homing one to hit someone then what's to stop them from making it chase them back in his direction? Batman don't go down like that.
