umm.... about using acid to "burn away the webbing because its organic"....
1) acid doesnt burn, that would be fire
2) acid does not effect all organic materials, and diff organics are effected by diff acids
3) isnt spidey's webbing synthetic? I'm guessing a complex polymer.... that brings acid down even worse...
4) if bats is tied up in webbing, how the hell is he giong to make it to his lab to get a thing of acid to melt the stuff off? or is it already included in his handy-dandy... utility belt (Damnigottagetone!!!!)
And Batman surviving a punch from pre-crisis Superman? That's beyond beyond stupid and proves the just how overrated Bruce is. But, I suppose that anybody with a fortune and hi-tech gadgets could take punches from a planet-juggler .
Please do not get me wrong here.... The superman in question is debatetable as whether he was the pre-crises superman or not. Why people say this is because his custom looks a lot like the one in pre-crisis. Well why I mentioned this is to show that batman is well protected. Not to show that he is very powerful but to show that his suit must be doing something right.

I won't try and counteract a statement such as Batman taking punches from pre-crisis Superman and Batman giving him quite a beating with anything more than: It's crap. Full-fledged, no half-steppin', profound CRAP. And Batman using any martial arts technique that he could execute that Spidey couldn't execute with MUCH greater precision and damage is utter crap as well. Just comparing the two's ACTUAL abilities with or without the assistance of an adrenaline boost and taking into perspective that Spidey possesses gifted level knowledge is more than enough proof of Batman suffering an untimely demise rather shortly into the matchup. Spidey's too fast and unpredictable to even attempt to track by the air surrounding him, he's too strong, durable, and aware to have any full-fledged physical attack countered by the likes of Batman physically or with his gadgets. He's just too much.
As read your first sentences I could help but think to my self BUT batman cheats. He does not play fair. But on a different note I like how you used the word crap. Why because I understand where it is coming form.
Did we know that superman if he sneezes could destroy galaxies. NOT A PLANET BUT GALAXIES? Crap. The punisher taking out and outsmarting the whole marvel universe yes even DOC DOOM. Ultra crap. How about spiderman fighting and beating Fire Lord a herald of galactus who housed more power in his pinky than spiderman in his whole body. This is Utta-crap. I know that spiderman had the black suite representing the symbiont and even this is not enough.
You see all these crap are stuff we taught could never happen but the did anyway. These are the stuff and fits that make reading each character interesting which is all based on the surprises. The more surprised you are the more money you are going to spend, the more you liked what you read.

Is Batman's utility belt... titanium? and reinforced with a force field? And does it cover his whole body?
And I direct you back to the quote
I suppose that anybody with a fortune and hi-tech gadgets could take punches from a planet-jugglerAnd I stress the line any body with a fortune and hi-tech gadgets

First of all, Punisher kills the MU was a What If.
Secondly, SVFL, while not a fight based on what would actually happen in the least, is not as far fetched as saying Batman gave Pre-Crisis Superman (the guy that sneezed away galaxies, note: this is information recorded from YOUR post) a hard time and even a beating. Neither fight was true to the actual outcome, but I doubt that anyone wanted to see Firelord pound Spidey past death for an entire issue once he got a hold to him, and no one would've been impressed with Pre-crisis Supes swatting Batman into a crushed, gelatinous mass and beyond in one panel.
Fact is, crap writing isn't fact. Hey, maybe it would've been more worth the effort of purchasing and reading than a story about the two suffering an untimely demise after one fight. Neither is fact. But, as Forrest Gump once said: "It happens."

I know Punisher's was a what if but is was still interesting to state non the less.

But the truth be told it happened and as you stated "It happens" which means it really did happen. And also isn't most of the stuff I said in continuity, doesn't this means it actually did happen?
Batman did not give pre crisis(?) superman a hard time, it was the regular superman that put up a good fight but still got his ass kicked. But it was still the regular superman who still saved batman.

Good fight, but spiderman wins unless he holds back, which he'd do against Batman.
However, if Batman did something to really piss him off like question aunt may or mary j and get out of hand (like he usually does when questioning anyone) Peter might lose his cool and deliver a full force punch.
6 ton arm strength + half of 140 lbs body weight(70 lbs) x 400 m.p.h punch(15x normal human)=34,000 psi punch(full force)
This would take Batman's head off his shoulders and explode it at the same time.

Spidey's been closely matched by Dare Devil (so much for your just human theories)
It seems to me that spidey has trouble with trained fighters and Batman's one of the very best.

Is this a recent comic you're talking about, a few months old ? If it is, than I read it too (not bad !), and I'm sorry, but Batman took a serious beating, nothing more, nothing less. And wasn't he wearing some kind of armor (I don't have the comic here, but I remember something like that). If that's the case, and if I'm right, Batman would have been dead without this armor. Spider-Man probably would made fun of Darkseid and would leave after a short fight without a scar 😉.
I am new to this type of debate but I hope I adjust to it well.
Usually whenever people hypothetically face spider-man off with someone they assume he is going to hold back as he usually does and be concerned for their well being creating a handicap for himself.
when you remove Spideys compassion you change what he's actually capable of doing. There is no law in marvel that states spider-man can not strike to kill so we should assume that he would attack with ferocity
and batman would not be able to produce an effective counter
