I said it before and I'll say it again (I love quoting myself lol): Batman can deal with strength, with speed, with superior reflexes, with intelligence, with agility and without any doubts with a spider-sense.
But he can not deal with those abilities at the same time, and absolutely not in a few minutes.
No bat toys can match Spidey's Spider-Sense, unless Batman can have a chance to study up on him to avoid that ability like Venom can. Batman's obvious strength is his intelligence, but Spider-man has that attribute as well so don't expect some type of rampaging monster unless it ends up being Doppleganger.
Even though I'd think Spider-man would win, I still like Batman because he has no special power, for the fact that he is just a human with high intelligence, meaning he can make a worthy foe against those with all those crazy powers.
Yeah batman kidnapps somebody, that is really batman I tell ya.
Batman negates the speed factor as he judged a flash level opponent. This happened when the predators paid a visit to the JLA. and flash was trying to fend off a predator who was moving as fast as he was. And batman got the flash the time he was looking for. So speed is not going to be what wins this for spiderman.
Spider sense is the only trump card against the batman and I am still reluctant to give him the win.
Bruce lee could beat a bear, mas oyama could beat a bear. Hell I could beat a bear. Do I go out looking for one. No. But I know I could take on a black bear with my bear hands no problem. I am bigger than most, and smarter. A grizzly bear. Well I am going to need at least a knife, cause one good swipe could take a man's head off, but a human can beat a bear, just like we have seen many cases of humans wrestling alligators and apes. mothers taking on bears and wolves to protect their children. Man I know this is late. But don't sell batman an almost regular guy so short. He can beat spiderman. Spiderman can beat him. But to see you all not give bruce a chance is just ridiculous. I mean the human condition shouldn't be "okay he is stronger and faster so I must stick my head between my leg and kiss my but goodbye."

Bob batman will never have any super powers if that is what you are going for. But the fact is he gots what it takes to beat the day lights out of Spiderman.

Everybody the batman fights is his superior in basically in every way. Why because they are all meta's. Now what does this meta mean it means they have a gift that only they can perform better than any normal person.
The webbing is just going to spiderman a false sense of security because batman is going to get out of it.
Well then if spiderman starts jumping around he goes on the offensive and wait for you to come to him. If he can not read your moves as he stated once he feels the air around him and act according to the attacker. (And here is where pressure points really come into play) now will it be an easy win no, do I see batman retreating and regrouping yes
