Batman is far more interesting than him any day of the week. For Spidey to lose, he'd have to be on the absolute bottom of his game and Bats'd have to be on top of his. Spidey'd web his entire body up like this or worse
You guys gott remember your physics, If a human punches, let's say...
...a wooden block, there's a good chance that human can destroy it, while on the other hand that same man could punch a pillow all day and do virtually nothing to it. Batman knows how to roll with the puches, although I too doubt he hit him with much power, Supes is infamous for holding back.

Batman can roll whatever he wants, but under normal conditions, he should not be able to survive a punch from Spider-Man or Superman.
Why are you guys trying to correct me by repeating what i said?

Either way, Batman is always on top of his game and if you under "normal conditions" Spidey holds back so HA!
That's really the only way he could win, but come on, negotiating assailants with ranged weaponry was what Weapon-X was all about. Think about all the times Wolvie flies up on people trying to shoot him. What do you think's faster, webbing or bullets? And everyone just seems to forget the fact that Spidey's tried that and to no avail.
(and I'm pretty sure that earlier picture is ultimates, and even if it's not, it doesn't tell the whole story so...)
