Na... batman always has something inside that cape of his. The chances of spidy actually catching him the way he caught wolverine in yonder picture is very slim. The reason why batman would mostly hide inside that cape of his.

Either way, Batman is always on top of his game and if you under "normal conditions" Spidey holds back so HA!

It really shouldn't even matter if Spidey holds back. His "held-back" power would still decimate Batman. It's just something that Batman, being a normal human, cannot take.

When Batman is you foe...no one is safe..not even Spiderman.

Yes, Bat-cheating wins this one for Batman. I don't know how anyone could doubt Bats could do this. Just look at the enemies that have defeated Spiderman, Bats has a better chance than at least half of them.

Can't Spiderman just web him up and go for a KO? I don't think this one would last long.

That's really the only way he could win, but come on, negotiating assailants with ranged weaponry was what Weapon-X was all about. Think about all the times Wolvie flies up on people trying to shoot him. What do you think's faster, webbing or bullets? And everyone just seems to forget the fact that Spidey's tried that and to no avail.

(and I'm pretty sure that earlier picture is ultimates, and even if it's not, it doesn't tell the whole story so...)

How will Batman win?

He's smarter, a much better fighter, has gadgetry, and hits about as hard as Spidey.

Doubt it. Spiderman's no dummy, and I'm sure Batman can't lift 10 tons.

Spiderman is much more agile, and he has precognition. I don't see Batman winning. He won't land enough punches.
