Yes but who would want too see Superman win its already expected.

Anyway, Batman does not "know the weakness" of spiderman, because he doesn't have a particular exploitable "weakness" like kryptonite, and there is no one quite like spiderman that you can fight, if this were prepped battle, than batman would have a better advantage, but slightly.
Spiderman is nothing short of a genius.

Regardless if Batman doesn't get his gadgets out he's in big trouble, as melee spells doom for him. If bats gets a lucky projectile in, it could spelll the end for spiderman, IF he has the correct projectile. Spiderman's proven himself quite resilient to attack, after taking on power hitters as well as batman.

Spidey's a genius...but not the best od the genius in his world. Whereas Batman is one of the two world's finest, the world's greatest detective. He matched and excelled the best minds n his world. The brains of the JLA. Beaten the strongest in DC'S earth. Spidey don't have a particular weakness, he has many. He is basically a man/mortal with spider powers he can be hurt with the correct move. Batman relies on method and timing, not luck most of the time.

I'm not going for the chances out of the 10. I'm neutral here. I have said how the outcome might be.

But batman is more exploitable physically than spiderman, don't you agree on that at least.

I do agree with Batman's weakness. But i have read Batman and Spiderman. Batman hardly works with himself really exposed. But Spiderman does and he broke alot of ribs for it. Batman tries to do it without a lot of manhandling

Spiderman would be and excellent assasin, however, his unique fighting style is what makes hime a great opponent.

Its been said before, Spider-man's fighting takes advantage of all of his abilities together in one fluid style.
