And me being damn sure...spiderman fans already admitted that speed equates to power here and that would be part of the reason that spiderman would hit harder than bats regardless of his lack of fighting ability.... darksied was literally a blur when he hit batman...then he threw him hard enough into a rock wall to cause the wall to crater....yeah he was really holding back for batman's sake huh? doh
like merc said, it's all you guys have to han on to, deminishing batman's feats against super empowered characters, because that's the only way spiderman would get a clear victory...too bad reducing his opponents powers is a FB spiderman power and not a real one eh?

and h2h...he took out one of wonder woman's best trained amazonian warriors......an extremely well trained fighter with enough raw speed and power to utterly humiliate spiderman (she was good enough to take it to supergirl, who in the storyline is supposedly even stronger than superman) and batman dropped her in about 6 panals....but yeah....he definitely doesn't stand a chance against spidey huh? 🙄

Are you telling me that if Darkseid hit Bats with everything he had that it wouldn't effect Batman because he's had a chance to develop his suit to that type-level of durability over the course of a couple of decades? How rich can a guy be? What material could he have possibly created to have that type of strength....that type of long-last, no wear, no tear durability? But you've obviously shown through that statement that you certainly believe in crap writing and know full well of it's existence. Whether or not you can differentiate between what's crap writing and what's not I do not know...but when you've got Batman surving full-on punches from the likes of Darkseid, Captain Marvel's lightening bolts, and a p.o.'ed Supes...then whispers of crap writing are going to arouse.
Come on now. Did Batman, along the way of his crimefighting career, come across some enchanted armor that's impervious to the likes of Superman's and CM's attacks? Personally, I'd say he's just a character that got such a strong fanbase to the point where he started appearing in battles against enemies/opponents leagues more powerful than he and therefore were guys he had NO business fighting....so they took his whole "guy who trained and trained both his body and mind to be the best both could possibly be" and overhyped it to the point of redicoulousness beyond redicoulousness. And this was done so consistently (strong fan base becomes this) that it couldn't just stop abruptly. It's like a huge lie someone tells, it's so huge that you have to keep adding onto it time after time after time until finally it gets way too out of hand and far fetched to the point where people know it's a lie.
Yet, even so, there are some who would take this lie for truth out of devotion to the character. To each his own I guess but, to use an opinion that positively promotes something that's grade-A crap (whether you want to admit it or not) is a weak argument...normally I'd try and deter from saying that but since Merc wants to start scoffing at what someone else believes (and with good reason)...I thought, what's the harm?

Which is why he does such crap so often, the writers wish to show him on par so often, because he has NO powers. If he wasn't famous, he'd be doing less of these feats, the fact that Batman has been using the same armor, that got him injured by lesser villans proves that even more.

Why would Spiderman have little fighting ability? He FIGHTS,longer than most heroes so this point is obsolete.
We know what cars do to people when they hit them, not pretty. Imagine a 30000 pound lifter, with the starting velocity of 300 to 400 mph for the first second, easy, and tell me how's he going to survive that, its called a hypothetical debate, weak arguments make this look weak, think objectively. I love the same old argument, "He can, because he just........... can"

I didn't know batman had superhuman powers, regale me with them, and Merc is basically a thread reviver at this point, he just looks for an argument, this is the reason these go on so long. Tell me, how Batman, would fare better in a hand 2 hand confrontation with spiderman. Noone has I've asked several times, these are fanboy arguments, he gets crushed by bane, a 5 ton lifter, but Spiderman stands no chance?

Yep which is why I hate Batman and Wolverine arguments, their limit is nondescript. Their belt and healing factor are always PIS/CIS because they are used for the writers needs at thee time.
Batman vs. Supergirl of course bats wins. It would be painfully obvious that he would lose, so why would they make it that way it'd be boring, Batman gets hit less than flash, it makes me sick.
