Well, as bad as it sounds, yes. If that machine gunner mows down the martial artist, then the machine gunner is the better fighter for bringing a gun to a gun battle.

yes of course, but that depends on the chance or luck of him having the correct item, the chance of him selecting that item, and the chance of him being successful. The chances are too low for me to place a bet on him.

There is still a slight chance for him, so luck can still fiter in. . . Batman might be able to win 1 or 2 out of 10 . . . 3 at most.

Spidey dodging bullets at close range......pic it from Ultimate and he was a kid back then.....but he's only gotten better since those days

Even if Bats is carrying explosives, they can be dodged. we are also assuming he will reach them in time. Spidey is not Flash but if he can dodge bullets stopping a man reach into his bet and user the gadget should be easy.

He has precognition. You'd be surprised at what he can dodge.

Dodging an explosion and dodging a bullet are two different things due to area.
