Anyhoo, Spiderman wins 7/10. By way of a few good punches, a swinging kick or two, smashing Bruce into the ground from a good height with a web, car-based projectiles, brick-based projectiles, the ever popular tie-him-up-with-webs-and-throw-him-off-a-building trick, or one/several damn hard kick(s) to the nads. Ha. 7 ways to win.

Batman's three would probably involve an explosive, some knockout gas, or enough small traps, from various angles of course, to negate the Spidersense.

The physical advantage, mixed with actual fighting skill, is way too much for Batman. Superman, when against weaker opponents, fights with the intelligence of a brick. Or some small rocks. Not the bigger ones, cause some of those boulders are damn tricky.

Batman does not a magic cytorrak imbued armour but he does have alien tech from different dimension...in which he could have combined with that of his suit....is this not possible...

Batman's whole body is protected by that suit of his...the only unprotected spot is his jaw...wouldn't you think this is apparent for batman to keep protected...If spiderman make a B line for his Jaw he is probably going to walk right in a trap (It is the only unprotected spot on batman's face)...though theoretically if spiderman connects it could be lights out..

Psychology is only half true....I used psychology on the enemies that batman faces...Criminals are a supertious and cowardly lot...and he uses it to its fullest extend.....through fear he has been able to win most of his battles...each times he faces some one he finds creative ways of presenting himself...digging through people's past and presenting what they fear the most...listening to their speech and picks up on something the guy does not know he is saying...or a sudden move to protect something....just basically working on people's fears on top of this he is always outsmarting his opponents he outsmarts his opponents more times than he actually fights them with his own strength...and not to mention cheating...and always going around his opponents and never through them in order words A head to head confrontation..and this could explain why he could have less defeat than spiderman...

Batman's Martial arts skills and gadgets are only as good as how well and quickly he uses them. If they start the fight near to each other Batman loses. If they start the fight far away from each other (without prep) Bat's still loses. This is because Spidey can dodge anything Bats throws at him and Fighting skills are useless against a guy who can run several circles around you before you realise he is there. 😄

And as has been stated before, an area effect device might do the trick.

Spiderman would probably still win this, but not as one sided as you make it seem.
