Well you now have an accurate reading done by the discovery channel and not an estimate of 15mph. And a guy did even more so the punch was of 20mph, and with no background in martial arts at all.
Spiderman should still accomplish the starting speed of 300-400mph easily within the first punch...
20mph is childs play to him.

Yes batman’s punches are going to produce more damage. Batman is said to be one of the greatest martial artist alive. And his punches are going to be stronger than the ones produced by martial artist in the real world. And by the way batman’s punches should be to do more damage. Here’s my reasoning lets say batman strongest punch is clocked at 45mph and produces so and so damage. Now a car moving below 45 mph is it going to do more damage than the one batman inflicted? No and besides batman punches or anyone’s for that matter are directed to a specific location. Now if the car is clocked in above 45mph the car should do a lot of damage.
In a wreck with you IN the vehicle, quite different than a car hitting you, that would simply be false, that would be more of spiderman's league.
I was hit by a car going 60 and little happened, so this point is vague, as it would be a car crash that would be too insignificant regardless.

The collision of the car with the human is going to have greater momentum because of the transfer of force to the stationary human.
And you know that a decent car speed hitting a human removes their limbs more often than not. Thats what spiderman would be doing, batman isn't strong enough to.

Physics is not my strong point either but what you explained seems to be on the money but people have been hit by vehicles moving at 65 miles per hour and survive, (but the car is still dealing more damage than a human). Maximum Exposure: saw a person being slammed by a rally car at incredible speed but said person still survive granted with some broken bones and some other stuff, I would not wish on even my greatest enemy, (ok maybe I would) but the cars is still dealing more damage than a human. This is reality now lets go into the comic world batman went through a 3 ft tree where as a car would rap it self around the tree. Obliviously the car has more force but batman did more damage…
Spiderman generates forces around this anyway, batman doesn't.

No, a martial artist in the real world would not be able to reverse a car in the said scenario. My theory is if said person has the same mass and weight as the car that is coming towards him he or she should be able to stop it but a martial artist in the comic world would be able to without too much problems, if they anchor in their chi
Not a human, maybe someone like KK, but not batman. Keep in mind to augment chi would be more of a one strike tactic for batman, he isn't capable of chi augmentation like Akuma or something.

I would like to start by saying thanks. And would just like to add one thing spiderman stands more of chance of wining their initial encounters more often than not and after those initial encounters it is all down hill for spiderman. You’re welcome to argue contrary to your heart’s content. See ya.
I still disagree, but thats your opinion there. 3 is being generous, and IF they did go downhill, he'd be so far uphill to warrant a loss.
