Batman has one of the Best analitical minds in all of DC. He has often been seen making giant "leaps" in logic (as described in the DC encyclopedia.) He would only have to look at Spidey make one move before he completley figured out what he was capable of.

here's the thing....spiderman is fast...and both these guys can doge bullets like nododies business...where spiderman is gifted with his spider sense..batman's just trained to be good at it.....so if no one is going to agree that one will hit the other than we may as well agree that they're both gonna be swinging at air........

You have not gave me one good reason to why Batman will beat SM.With what that he normally has with him.What is stopping SM from bouncing around super fast of walls and taking him out.Hey if Slade can hit him who is only 10 times faster then a normal human why can't SM in a H2H fight(I know Slade's smarter then Peter).You guys act like Peter is going to fall for every little trick he is not dumb him self and has spider sense to help.
