Again, let's just look at part of the picture, because it's the only way your statements make sense. Penguin has done it with prehistoric birds, fancy gadgets and plenty of henchmen, Two face has done it with cunning, clever plans and tons of henchmen, Joker has done it with unpredictable actions, lots of crazy stuff and tons of henchmen. I don't even need to get into Bane and Catwoman, mentioning those two is ignorant (even more so than usual) on your part.

I do not care about Superman Batman knows how to beat him he does not know how to even fight Spider-man.To GG he has a lot more then just bombs he is crazy and smart he later made a gas that dumbed down SM spider sense he has good plans (not all the time but most) and henchmen as well with his speed and strenght.
