sometimes...he can yes...he's shown the ability to be extremely fast when he wants to be....he's not instantanous in movement...but hard to lock in on.

written correctly spiderman IS much faster, his abilities allow him to be so, don't try to use weak examples to make him seem slow.

I've been here, batman isn't having all of those in a random fight, strength and other things are always present.
I would rely one the one, who consistently brings his stuff to the table than the one who needs to plan, and is in a random fight.

Batman always prepared is a coolness argument, because that really doesn't mean he's always prepared, especailly in this kind of fight.

How do batarangs explode again, I don't remember them exploding right when batman simply wants them to.
