Spiderman's wall crawling is passive, he always gets it, and you aren't going to convince me of an area where he wouldn't most likely get to use that advantage.
Batmobile isnt' going to be in a random fight.
Lets give peter flame retardant webbing, and captain universe powers then.
These matches are relying on the luck for batman in 4 or 5 different areas, spiderman has the same goods, each and everytime, what about batman?

batman uses his homing device the batmobile and the batwing show up....or better yet all of batman's batmobiles....
batman's batwing locked in on bruce's location and found him in and superman in 3 panals who were literally states away from gotham after being teleported into a field by gl......he can get the batwing to his location with ease..

Ok stop that now. I said that within the last 10 pages, and I brought it up because you said Spiderman is strong enough to ko him with ease, and I gave you an example that Batman took hit sfrom stronger people, so he didnt get Koed, its answering your question.
This thread is over 200 and I said Darkseid within the last 10 pages, so how is that being the reason its alive.
The real reason its alive is because Spider sense could dodge everything no matter what, even if it was 50 Flash's. See what I mean, about that being stupid to say on why the thread is still alive.
