If you click in that dude's link about how the Spider Sense work, it shows Aunt May almost clobbering his ass with a broom before that shit goes off. It would already be too late if that was Batman.

You are really pulling straws there...
So by your using rationale..Would this be a fair statement to make?A trained Martial artist has a reasonable chance of beating the psychic/vine shooting gorilla in battle, if the Martial artist has a weapon and a plan of attack before the battle.
I agreed to everthing except you left out the part that the Martial artist has very good deductive reasoning (in orderwords a clever, smart, intelligent person) against the psychic/vine tossing gorilla...And I would not use reasonable but I would use a good chance of beating this gorilla.....and the dude can come up with a battle plan during the battle because I do not think the dude expected to find a psychic/vine tossing gorilla blocking his way
Yoooo boddy how many times to you want me to tell you this....I have told you that a trained martial artist in the real world against a gorilla is not going to do well....but if the martial artist has a weapon any weapon would do not just a spear the gorilla is as good as dead....albert some weapons are better than orders.
When you are done answering that question..please do the following...1. Substitute "Batman" in the place of " A/the Trained Martial artist" in the sentence above.
2. Substitute "Spiderman" in the place of "the psychic vine shooting gorilla" in the sentence above.
3. Substitute "prep time" in the place of "a weapon and a plan of attack"
If you do this, you will then get the following sentence.
"Batman" has a reasonable chance of beating "Spiderman" in battle, if "Batman" has "prep time" before the battle.
With those substitutions being made, does the statment above still sound reasonable/fair?
After the corrections I made it would say something like
Batman has a good chance of beating spiderman in battle because he can come up with battle plans during a battle.

The two fights I seen between em... one was on even ground, ended with Batman saying some twisted shit like "It is concievable that if given the right amount of time you may almost be able to possibly defeat me."
The other was underground in the dark, and Cap lost horribly.
You are correct....in the best way one can be with just remembering stuff of their head....for those of you who have dougts look at the this....

Even Batman seemed surprised that Superman didn't detect him when he said "Hh! Gadget worked." But Superman wasn't actively 'looking' for him. They were all staring at the monitor. I think that its the current JLA volume issue 1.

Wow... you really think any ol' weapon a martial artist happens to stumble upon is suddenly going to tip the balance in favour of the martial artist when he's fighting a full grown silverback gorilla (let alone a vine shooting/psychic gorilla)? Ridiculous.
Throw a big rock? A stick on the ground that just happens to be sharp at one end for some reason? A vine as a whip?
Figuring out a way to beat a gorilla fast enough before he kills you is one thing, being able to execute that method and having the resources availible to you is another. The martial artist has little chance of doing either.
The ordinary silverback gorilla kills the martial artist before he has time to think of a plan unless he inexplicably stumbles upon a firearm (luck/plot device) in the middle of the jungle. End of story. No it wouldn't. You underestimate the silverback as much as you do Spider-Man, and you overestimate the martial artist as much as you do Batman.
That sounds like a pretty realistic view of things, too bad martial artist in comics have already taken things like silverbacks with nothing more than there hands.
For those of you who thought that the initial analogy between Spiderman and the Gorilla was invalid due to the weight differences, replace the word "Gorilla" with "Orangutan."
FYI Orangs are many times stronger than an average man, I'm not sure exactly by how much, but I'm sure 5-6 would probably be a good guesstimate, seeing as how an Orang at one time was observed ripping the jaw off of a large alligator, with relative ease. They also weigh around 100-200 lbs, and unlike gorillas, they don't have "sharp" canines making them ideal for this particular analogy. So who has a better chance of winning?
The psychic Orang that can shoot steel cable vines from its body, or the trained martial artist with a spear/deductive reasoning skills?

The guy with the spear of course. The intellegence is his, he makes the battle field his, he takes all the advantages available to him. When all is said and done, It's just a stupid monkey.
How much animal biology have you studied, Orangutan's are relatively intelligent in terms of the animal kingdom, they're highly intelligent apes with the strength of approximately ten men. They're not monkeys let alone stupid ones.
Besides the basis of the initial analogy was a real world martial artist vs a gorilla, some are arguing that the man with the stick or rock or whatever he can find will win, which is ridiculous.

Typically, if a man goes at any creature with a spear, and seems trained and unafraid, and the creature isn't protecting children to it's death or something, it's likely to run frightened. Most creatures know man as the dominant species, and one with a stick that's sharp has slaughtered their kind for millions of years.
