dude...batman's jumped up in the air reached in his belt and let lose with three batarangs...saw those didn't work then pulled out 3 grenades capsules and chucked them before he hit the ground....
I don't know where you get the idea that it takes him a great deal of anything to pulls those out....when it never has before...

Anyways, Superman can't even hear/see Bat's coming, he doesn't even need crystals or powers to do it. Supes can see to the Source Wall if he squints a little, and hear sounds of a pindrop interplanetary.

first off, AFTER he turned visable.....he STILL stalemated spiderman....
second...spiderman "won" by a plot device, he didn't beat him....
and lastly....if spiderman was sooooooooo much faster and sooooooooooo much better, than why did this guy give him trouble?

First. That shouldn't be possible at all. Unless Batman can now stop the very beating of his heart and become a zombie at will. I don't care how many times you guys try to say that Batman is the master of making himself invisible to people, if he was trying to hide from Supes, then (now this is something I RARELY SAY), it was CIS. Since Superman can apparently "hear sounds of a pindrop interplanetary", there's LITERALLY no way that the sound of a heartbeat within the confines of a room could escape his ears. Hell, even just Batman breathing (however shallow it is), will still give him away.
Do I even need to mention the X-ray vision?
Clearly Supes wasn't in any hurry or trying at all to find Batman.
So, in short, Batman hiding from Superman is CRAP.
Second. Since Spiderman does indeed have his patented spider sense, there's no way that Batman could either hide nor sneak up on him.
