Batman has better fighting skills. Yes which count for nothing against an opponent who is too fast for you to lay a finger on.

Batman has taken punches from superman. Well Batman has been KOed by a lot smaller punches than this.

overall winner in my opinion : Spider-man

Batman'd absolutely get his a$$ handed to him, but he'd still be cool because he's a f**king ninja(albeit one who for some reason still doesn't cover his whole face and wears his drawers on the outside)

Spidersenses doesn't beat Bats gadgets though.

Spiderman is faster, which doesn't mean too much because street level characters keep up with him all the time.

And Spidey's been knocked out by even less.

But you know, Batman vs. Spider-Man is no joke. We're talking about a guy who can take down Galactus and Thanos at the same time with prep versus a guy who can dodge anything this side of a full-out Flash. Or maybe he can dodge Flash too now; I don't know. I'll have to check with the Spider-Man fanboys again to see if he's able to do that now.

But anyway, in a major clash of the titans like this, it's just hard to say. Power levels this high are difficult to judge -- it's like trying to figure out whether the irresistable force or the immovable object wins!

How can batman a millionaire who learned abit of martial arts and did a bit of weights beat a guy who can dodge bullets and not even be touched. Spidey knocks out batman before batman even realises he's been knocked out LOL. 😂

After putting a lot of thought into this and reading many comics I realized that I was tricked into ignoring one of the most important factors. Simply put , batman doesn't have the ability to break the webbing or withstand multple blows from spider-man. Speed is a moot point when reading comics because I've never seen a panel in a comic move. People obviously make characters move with their imaginations. That's cool but in a hypothetical battle what we like doesn't matter. The only thing that matters are the characters period.

Batman is physically inferior and is pretty much defensless against Spider-mans base weapon. He's not anywhere near as fast if their stats are accurate. He would prepare to fight or lose vs Spider-man. MMMU

he can take spiderman hits as hasbeen demonstrated multiple times..and webbing? youmust have seemingly forgotten our older arguments eh?
