I wish I could give you exact stats, but unfortunetly Grundy is a DC character. He has however gone toe to toe with superman and the likes. The most comparable character in marvel I think would be Thing, except I think Grundy is stronger but not as durable.

Why didn't you share this evidence with us? And where did you get it? Honestly, I doubt it's credibility in the first place. Spiderman has webbed plenty of people "a lot" faster than Batman. That's how he webs him. You yourself read comics books, so you are obviously aware of the type of feats and accomplishments Spidey has made with his webbing.
Try not to think about that stuff though; if you want to enforce this "evidence" or "stats" you heard from a guy who knows a guy.

If you are talking about Dark Knight Returns then this was a superman already weakened by a nuke and who was too slow to dodge heat seeking missiles and then Green Arrow hit him with synthesised Kryptonite arrow and then batman defeated him but he was wearing an exoskeleton that increased his strenght and durability and he had tons of help from his sidekicks
and if you are talking about Hush - there he had a kryptonite ring
