Yes but unlike Batman Spider-man made his own unique fighting style to make it go perfectly with his powers, so that he could utlilyse his speed strength and agilty, imagine if spider-man fought like batman, he probaly wouldn't dodge half the things he does.

ok but Batman doesnt have superhuman speed so he is probably predicting the position of the gun. Batman dodging lasers? Thats P.I.S.

I wouldnt say just like spider-man, Spidey just weaves through machine gun fire, Batman jumps out the way, slight difference.

batman didn't want to even fight ds in their first encounter and was trying to team up with the guy....
batman DID NOT use any gadgets to level the playing field in his fight and relied on strictly h2h to face off against a physically superior deathstroke....
deathstroke for all his physical enhancements and healing factor was still EXTREMELY jacked up after the so called fight...
and finally comparing spiderman to deathstroke is totally and utterly ridiculous and flawed beyond description.... spiderman is not deathstroke... deathstroke is FARRRRRR superior in h2h, his tatical ability and strategic mind are leagues above spideys... his reflexes are fast enough to hit flash>>>spiderman's... deathstroke is not afraid to kill and does not hold back...
deathstroke is practically everything batman is and then some.... saying that batman loses to spiderman because batman loses to deathstroke is like saying batman loses to spiderman because batman loses to batman with powers comparible to spiderman... it's flawed as hell...
the contrast between the two characters is what's kept this fight going for so long and the polls so close...

I've seen Batman fight Etrigan once. E had just finished beating the s**t outta some demon w/six arms. When Bats fought E. Nothing Batman was doing had any effect. E was choking him to death. Batman felt his life slipping away and even though the situation was absolutely hopeless, he threw a weak punch @ him anyway. E found the fact that Batman was still trying to fight even though he was hopelessy outclassed very amusing and stopped choking him. As far as WW goes,I didn't see that fight, but are you saying you'd pick Bats over WW in a non PIS/CIS non prep thread?
nope not at all.... just that he can take a freaking superpowered punch.... one hit's not going to put him down... a barrage of hits is not going to put him down....
and finally... I covered most of this crap...a severely depowered amazo still put him farrrrrrr above spidey in terms of overall powerlevels... and batman also jacked up an amalgamated general/amazo hybrid...
how about steel wolf.. dude with a considerable amount of supertrength.. he couldn't put batman down in a h2h fight either... hmmmmmm
