spider man of course would win hes faster and batman doesn't have any powers or nothing. besides i hardly ever see batman fight anymore with his bare hands. he most of the time uses his bat boomerangs that he pulls out of his underwear and throws them at everyone and all the other toys he keeps with him. and also spider man takes care of things on his own he doesn't need a partner to back him up like batman needs

you need to read the comic again.. batman is able to do that but he can only do that for so long....
examples of this are found in batman year one.. batman is shot in the leg and ignoring the pain and fatique, continues to run as if he's not even affected....
he was able to do this in the comic to some extents too, but like I said.. he can only do it for so long.. remember he was also lacking nurishment... even in a state of meditation he can still starve to death.. he simply wasn't ready for bane on THAT night..
to bad for bane that simply wasn't the case the next three times they fought...

I think it's due to wolverine's lack of range versus batman's area wide attacks... spiderman has proven to have a difficult time with "batman types" in the past.. against the real thing he might be in trouble... but I still think 5/5 is an adequate assessment..
No offense, but how can you tell how much that bomb damaged Spidey? I mean, it cuts off. We don't know how he was affected. He might've gotten right back up.

After the many months of this thread, I think it's a lot closer than I used to.
Batman would definitely give Spidey more a fight than Wolverine.
I'd still say Spidey 6/10 though. That's not bad at all for Batman.
Hell, I said 8/10 against Wolverine, heh.

i know cause I have the comic and read the rest of it... he didn't get right back up he got a rather pathetic asswhoopin from hobby who literally tossed him aside like garbage..
but I think you're confusing my point with that pic...the gas bomb is all batman needs to turn the tide in his favor....I don't neccessarily mean to say one gas bomb will take spiderman out though...
