Batman Year Two : I wouldn't tell people about this story, because in this one he was beat up SOOOOOO badly, he almost died. And fyi, he was almost killed by an old man in an leather armour. Spider-Man would have taken out this guy with only his thumb.

i recall him being shot from behind while trying to carry someone to safety... it's understandible...
Which Hobgolbin was it if it was Kingsly it will be understandable, he's one of spidey's tougest foes, if its macendale, and im sure theres antoher guy, spidey has no excuse for loosing.

Not only that, but in that particular fight, Spider-Man was fighting Demogoblin and Hobgoblin at the same time. Hobgoblin surprised Spier-Man in mid air and threw a bomb at Spider-Man, which definitely hurt Spider-Man.
In the same comic, the fight however continued, and when Spider-Man went into one of his berserk modes, he broke Hobgoblins jaw and Hobgoblin managed to escape.
It was a pretty rough fight.

first off there is a ridiculously large splash page showing batman dodging bullets like crazy....as the entire swat team reigns fire on him... he was shot before that too..he's dodging while friggin wounded...
seond..year two: he got beat by another batman basically.... no shame in that.... you don't know how spiderman would fair against the guy as you've nothing to compare him to besides batman himself...which is whyy we're here.....even so spiderman's been taken down in 3 panals by captain america... guess batman would beat his ass huh? way to deviate from the point though... batman certainly dodges TONS of bullets in that arch....

hobby and demo were having a collosal battle and hobby was kickin his ass badly.. then spiderman comes in and throws a pillar at the preoccupied and already battle damaged demo for a quick KO, he wasn't anywhere close to actually fighting both... 🙄
