Batman for the win, so very easily. Let's face it Batman technologically is way smarter than Spiderman and would most likely to be able to create a device capable of "healing" Spidermans mutation. Then it would be Batman Vs Peter Parker and we all know how that'll end!

anywho.. I don't think spiderman even loses.. I think it's a stalemate.. if raw power was enough to deal with batman the entirety of the justice league wouldn't be afraid of the guy...
Batman w/prep can take down anyone. Or darn close to anyone. In the Batman/Hulk thing he took down Hulk without prep... although that was horribly stupid. No amount of sleeping gas could take out the hulk, and a kick to the solar plexus could not force him to breathe. Without prep, it would go to Spider-Man.

I both hate and love Batman. Love him for what he should be, hate him for what the writers make him into. Sleeping gas on someone with th eHulks level of healing factor wouldn't do squat. And then to have Bats force Hulk to breathe with a kick to the solar plex's adds insult to injury. Batman is officially a skyfather.
