I do. In civil war Captain America fought Spidey and landed multiple blows which numbed the lower half of Spidermans body. In fact, Spiderman was nervous and even commented how he is no match for Cap in h2h combat. Batman = Cap in all ways.

Based on how Batman knows everything about ever JL member and keep files on them, most likely - unfortunately none of us can confirm whether he met spider before, seeing as the crossovers are non canon.
Now if batman would suddenly stumble upon spiderman for the first time in his life without ever seeing him before, then spider should take the fight rather easily, he just need to land a few good punches. Having said that, batman survived punches from superman before.
If the bat knows what he is facing, spider is in serious trouble.

Because in comics Batman has put down some characters that could beat the life out of Spiderman, but the fact that many people that voted for Batman failed to see, is that CIS (character induced stupidity) can't be used in forum battles.
On paper Spiderman's battle speeds are at the very least 3 times that of Batman, he's at the very least 20 times stronger, far more agile, more stamina, and possesses a low level precognition power (spider sense) which does loads to improve his reflexes, and reaction times.
Let's take a look at this fight on paper; if Batman fought Spiderman what would we see?

2. Batman should never even be able to hit Spiderman.
3. Batman would look like he was fighting in slow motion.
4. Batman would run out of steam from taking high impact punch after high impact punch.
In essence this battle would look like an 18 year old strong man fighting an 85 year old man, and that's being generous.
This is what it would be like if we were to remove CIS and went on stats. Captain America should have been beaten with ease as well. They just couldn't let an icon of Caps stature to lose as badly as he should have.
