I don't know why we're discussing this in this thread.....the point is supes whether full speed or not is still faster than spiderman if batman was a simple human being he wouldn't be able to hit him......and untill proven otherwise prep time bats vs supes= batman kicks some super ass.......without prep.....=one dead rat with wings...

Batman's good at headgames this is true. But Joker doesn't exactly jump around taunting you now does he? Actually I doubt Spidey would make the one joke that could really make him loose focus but having a guy you can't hit, and bouncing all over the place, and cracking jokes would make Batman a bit annoyed. Plus with no Prep-Time no way Batman is taken out Spidey.
you've obviously not read any of the pro-batman arguments most of your points have been debated already.....joker doesn't jump around ut he definietly taunts....and knows a hell of a lot more personal things about bats than spidey does.........superman as I recall broke down through a wall and was flying towards him....
Superman broke thru the wall, and was looking at him. He didn't fly towards him. It shows Superman break through the wall, and the next panel Batman is hitting him.
Anyways there is no way Batman can survive a full force punch from Spidey or even dodge Spidey. While Spidey can dodge a punch, take a punch, take or dodge a batarang, has his spider-sense to dodge anything Batman would throw at him. It be a lot easier for Spidey to web Batman, and throw him into a building or web him, and pull him forwards into a punch then anything Batman can do.

anyways....I've already made a point of producing proof that a highly trained ninja stalemated spidey in speed and reflexes......batman's surely better than that crumb bum white ninja....so he should be able to compensate easily enough.....I ask you is spiderman faster than superman? (even if supes isn't going mach speeds)......or...is spiderman faster than automatic gun fire?
I've already dealt with how batman's taken it to guy with more physical strength...on multiple occasions.....I guess all that's left is to agree to disagree....
Batman can make mistakes too ( that's what the human reference was really about ) and Spider-man is skilled at capitolizing on mistakes. Give spidey a sword and he can also kill many JLA members, so I wasn't impressed by slade. Batman is not flawless and Spider-man definitely isn't. But Batman isn't as capable of bouncing up from a small mistake against Spider-man as Spidey is capable of recovering faster than any other opponent. I have to rely on your info, but was Spidey trying to kill the ninja from the start of the fight?
now you're assuming that batman can't capitalize on a mistake as effeciently as spiderman can.....? what?.......in his rematch with bane....bane was killing him...again.....one mistake was all he needed to turn the tide of the battle.....giving batman even 1 mistake to work with and it's a deathwish......who's probably going to make the first mistake? considering the characters.....I think you already know the answer.....
anyways...spiderman doesn't have a sword.......that's like saying "if you give wolverine a couple webbshooters against spiderman spidey don't stand a chance"..........
besides.....spidey wouldn't have made it past the flash even if he did.......
