Villain For Spider-Man 3?

Topher Grace - with his NEW BLONDE DO which not only dyes his hair but his eyebrows as well - looks EXACTLY like the Ultimate Spiderman Eddie Brock. I pointed this out many times on this board. Although I DETEST the Ultimate spiderman storyline for venom, it makes it a quick and easy way to introduce the symbiote without having to have a backstory which took place during Secret Wars #8. (Go look it up!!)
Eddie Brock JR is the character that becomes venom, NOT Eddie Brock Sr. Eddie Brock SR actually was a friend of Peter Parker's father (in the ultimate storyline) and they were working on a cure for cancer. Eddie Brock JR and Peter Parker actually hung out together as toddlers.
Eddie Brock JR tells peter that they used a human's dna to start this magic cancer cure. Whos DNA? Peter's Fathers.
Stupid, I know, but that's the ultimate storyline.
It's this black goo that supposedly is the cure. (gee, the symbiote)
So Spiderman decides that he's going to take the DNA sample / black goo and perfect the yet-to-be-created cancer cure which is a work in progress. When he accidentally touches it, it engulfs his entire body and he now has a black costume.
However, his mood changes, and at one point he actually transforms into the likeness of venom - Huge Fangs, long tongue, and VERY VERY muscular - and peter is NOTHING like that - duh - in the ultimate universe. He's actually super scrawny and silly looking with a large head and skinny body.
However, that not withstanding, the black costume becomes 'venom'. He manages to get it off of him. Brock gets it back, and boom, connects with him, and he becomes venom. Mind you, BROCK JR is a very scrawny and skinny guy - exactly like peter - he looks almost like him except for the Blonde Hair and Blonde Eyebrows - hence, the casting of a topher grace who has similar features to Tobey McGuire.
So can we please accept that Venom is in fact a character in this movie?
As for not being able to pull off two villains, I think everyone has forgotten something very significant about Batman Begins - it had THREE villains:
1 - Ra's Al Guhl
2 - Scarecrow
3 - The mob Boss in Gotham
And we didn't even care. We actually enjoyed and accepted it. I say that we'll accept both Sandman and Venom as villains because Venom - although he hates Spiderman - doesn't want anyone ELSE hurting him. Hence, he'll very well "protect" Spiderman from Sandman.
And I will remind you that Venom is the only one in the universe that has been able to damage Sandman to the point of him dying. He bit a chunk of his material and he died. Go look it up!

um batman begins..that boss mob guy was very minor in fact scarecrow took care of him pretty good.the first guy wasnt seen but for a little of the movie and it was mainly scarecrow throughout the movie.so really the 3 villains thing is like 1 and a half.i dont care if venom is in it as long as they dont screw it up.have harry as a goblin though it is time him and venom might be ok i dont know though it still seems weird

About the batman thing, Dont tell me that i didnt right it, i posted it because it gives a pretty good explantaion on why Grace may be good as Venom and how they can fit him in......

I agree with you Evil Seed, which is why I barely check this board as much. Dunst is the closest thing to a confirmation we've had, and her sayings make sense, but people don't want to believe it. And I don't like the idea of Grace being Venom, or even having more than Venom in a movie, but it appears as though we have it. And for the people that panic and say that having more than one villain makes something really bad, they just don't know how to analyze movies. Batman & Robin usually gets brought up, but that was Schumacher who f'ed that up, not that there was more than 1 villain, not as many people complain about Batman Returns and that had 3. Begins had 3, and a few cameos from others and that was perfect. Daredevil had 2...one of the Superman movies had like 4 or 5. People tend to forget that its not the # of villains, its how you write it and direct and act. If you can't act or write or direct, and you just have a shitload of villains and go "lots of fighting, they'll love it"...it'll suck. People love the first two Spider-Man movies, and we all generally agree that Raimi has done a fantastic job on them (save for the people that complain about Peter's eye color and whatnot), and I think everyone just needs to calm down and have a little faith in a guy that hasn't made any grave mistakes yet.

I think putting Venom in 3 would ruin it but...anyway I never said having more than 1 villain was bad..I think it's good.

It wouldnt ruin it............have faith in Sam, he knows what he's doing......

Ryan Reynolds, Tobey Maguire, Christopher Reeve. ALL People who were skinny guys until they got the part of a comic character in a movie, and then they Bulked up. Topher Grace will be no different. I think We'll all be surprised.

that's a good point but think about it, if they put venom in 3 it will practically guarentee its the last one. i want more than just 3 that would suck. so i say save venom for last he is the best bad guy so save him.

I say, Spider-Man 4 has Scorpion and Lizard, Spider-Man 5 has Carnage w/Spider-Man being helped by Venom, and Spider-Man 6 has a revamped Sinister Six.

yeah yeah that's pretty good no fate throw in Vulture, mysterio and Electro then he could fight Sandman, Scoprion, Vulture, Mysterio, Electro, Doc Ock as the sinister Six. Spiderman 6: the Sinster Six strike try saying that 3 times fast...I dare ya!)

But sony doesn't want to have more than 3 movies.....They even told sam to wrap it up in the 3rd one, that is why they are bringing out Venom, im guessing....But i think if they make more than 3, the movies will start to flop...

Just look at the star war movies......The new 3 flopped big time, even tho making alot of money at the box office, the were not even remotely close to the old 3.....

And it will be hard to keep tobey, Dunst and whatever harrys real name is, in the movie because they will get TO old(Aunt may will probably die soon.....😄), and bringing in new characters would ruin it.

I know alot of people say that they chose a bad Marry Jane, and they could get a better person for Spiderman, but we have seen these actors in 3 movies (well we no there in the 3rd) So changing would just make the movie...well not the same, it wouldnt look the same, it would just look dumb...

So in cocnlusion to yet another speech..(lol)..I would have to say that 3 is the last, and it will also be the best....😉

Electro
Mysterio
Shocker
Rhino
Hobgoblin
Beetle/Vulture/Chameleon/whomever

The last group, I wouldn't care about. Nobody's gonna go "YEAH! TOMBSTONE!" lol. Its the other 5 that would be the highlight, with Electro as the leader. I think that would be an awesome Spider-Man movie.

Cant have every villain you guys...If that was the case the spiderman movies would go up to Spiderman 30 or higher...😉..that woold be alot of actor/actress changes, not to mention the most sequels ever made in movie history.........😄
