they didnt really come out and say it, they just suggest will it be Venom or Electro. The article sounds like it was typed as a blog or something.

Doc Ock, I'm curious as to why sites run by people who know more about movies than you are "worthless" when you are just some random fan of the movie who happens to be on a movie forum condescending to people as if you know more than anyone else.

No one is saying that he's definitely Venom, just that it's highly likely as he's been casted and isn't exactly gonna be playing a small role considering also that Venom is gonna be in the movie (likely).

Chill out, it's just a movie. You know no more than anyone else.
