Carnage is like, serial killer, Kingpin/Ock/Goblin and such are like big planners, then you get people like Scorpion/Rhino/Shocker/etc are the workers and aren't even meant to be huge guys, they're just fun. But then you have people like Sandman who just want money...but never do anything worth getting it. Kingpin's already rich. Norman's already rich. Characters like Ock are well-rounded enough that they could get rich by any number of means, rather than just robbing banks.
I don't see why Tobey and Sam like Sandman so much, he's not that interesting or cool. Also, if you think about it, it won't look much different as far as CGI and filmmaking goes that we haven't already seen. Remember The Mummy? Alright, we know we can do sand...move on. Biggest thing to tackle would be the symbiotes. Worst thing would be like, Chameleon, and then I would say Hydro-Man or Sandman.

hm, i think CGI water is harder to do than CGI sand...
I actually was gonna type that but I didn't feel like it. I think it might be harder too, cause sand doesn't reflect or move as freely as water does. Sand, being more solid (obviously) would fall straight down, whereas liquid molds itself with air and such when it is falling, so if you wanted ideal results, it would be harder to do. Hydro-Man I think would look cooler too, but I don't like that character either really lol.
Ok supposing Raimi makes a dumb ass move and makes Topher Venom, and put's him in with Sandman, here's how I think it may go:
Harry helps create the Sandman and Venom, with OsCorp technology, and sends them after Spidey. Then Harry finally turns up as the Goblin at the climax using his dad's secret stash he found at the end of SM-2,but ultimately helps Spidey defeat them.
What do you guys think??
Yeah, and we all know what a stickler Raimi is for following the comics...............NOT!!
I don't ever recall MJ getting tossed off any bridges by GG,or Ock's tentacles messing with his mind,or Ock having a wife,or MJ dating John Jameson and Flash Thompson,or Harry.
You want Venom in a 2 hour movie, something like that will happen. That's even IF he's in it 😉

I think thats possible the most horrific raping of the Spider-Man Mythos Ive ever read.
In other words. I think youre dead on to what Hollywood would do in the case they used all those characters.
I think Sandman could add up to be a really awesome villain. lets just hope the budget is willing to match up to the creativity seen in the comic. Would be cool if sandman did some awesome morphing but I have a strange feeling we wont see much more than him adding a tac hammer to his hand or adding a club. I doub we will see the same awesome creative style Sandman we saw in the Comics.

You've obviously never read Sins Past then 😉

Opinions are like ass holes, everyone's got one 😄
In case you've never read a Spider-Man comic,I'll spell it out for you. When Harry became the 2nd Green Goblin,he died saving Spider-Man,MJ and his little son Normie. So the concept of him saving Spider-Man in SM-3 is not such a ridiculous concept.
And in a two hour movie, you're not going to get the whole discovering the symbiote in space hoopla,in with Sandman,Harry and all the Peter/MJ love crap. If,and I say IF Venom is used,it will not be the origin story you all know and love.No way.
I think Sandman could add up to be a really awesome villain.
Really?? What's so great about him??

Oh right,so you're only interested in special fx.Nothing to do with the actual characters.

Iv'e had tons of opinions and you no what , you have always been nasty to me
Forgive me if I don't like people who make duplicate names to troll or constantly contact me on AIM to say the same damn thing over and over.
"Nobody likes you on KMC.........blah blah......Topher Grace is Venom.......blah blah"
Yawn.Change the record.
If you don't like me,then stop speaking to me.Simple as that.
But I do apologise for being nasty with you over your opinions in the past.
blah blah blah blah blah...
Yep,you said it 😉
If it is Venom and Sandman, this is how I see it going:
Sandman starts off at the beginning of the film, no backstory as to how he got his powers, just that he's been terrorizing the town. Spider-Man captures him, and he's like, a political guy throughout the film. People discuss how that could've happened and they analyze his DNA and whatnot. Brock gets involved in it somehow, possibly trying to capture Sandman himself and getting one-upped by Spider-Man, who Brock thinks is trying to make him look like a jackass. Bunch of scientists at Oscorp are working on the symbiote, which won't be an alien, it'll be like a living organism suit and such but not an alien, so he would still refer to himself as "We are Venom" but not "We are from another planet" lol. The suit gets on Spider-Man and he has to deal with his power upgrade and learns how he can't overuse his powers and kill people. It goes to Brock, we have Venom. Venom then seeks to destroy Spider-Man. Oh yeah, and the problem between MJ and Peter is part of Brock's doing, who knows about Parker's mind since the symbiote was a part of it, so he starts tormenting her. Sandman breaks out of Ravencroft or wherever they put him. I think in the end MJ would have to be captured by Venom, and possibly the two would try to team up, and then Venom would get pissed at Sandman for trying to knock Spidey off when he wants it to be him who kills him. Then you know, have Venom vs Sandman vs Spider-Man. Sandman is killed, Venom survives and mentions how for now they can live as partners but one day he will kill him.
No Harry in there, cause I don't think they'll have Sandman, another big villain, and a Green Goblin...but eh its anybody's game now apparently, cept Sandman, but even he hasn't been confirmed as having an absolutely large role in the script, its just that he's in there.
