I think they should've just kept Gwen completely out of the series. Now that they have her in there, I'm hoping she's either Harry's girlfriend, or only a cameo.
I think we all are sick and tired of seeing 7/10 of the Spider-Man movies focusing on Peter/MJ stuff, and then having a villain as a sideplot. This one should be much more mature. Peter should be a MAN in this, not a 4 year old. He should be solidified in his love with Mary Jane, and the only thing that bothers him is that the closer he gets, the more he's afraid she'll get hurt - Brock is PERFECT for manipulating this seeing as he knows Spider-Man's identity and all. Gwen shouldn't start a love triangle, that'll just make you think maybe Peter doesn't love Mary Jane as much as he says...which spoils the whole two first films and makes all that MJ stuff pointless.
I'm really, really hoping that Gwen doesn't play a factor in Peter's life really. I want her to be Harry's new girlfriend, that way Harry can be more sympathetic in his downfall.

Anyways back to the villains.
How do people think Venom's origin will be done?? Keep in mind this is about a 2 hour movie,and we have Sandman's origin to do too,so I doubt there's going to be any big space missions to get the symbiote etc etc.
What I'm saying is,I think his origin will be completely original,created by Raimi.
