Villain For Spider-Man 3?

How do people think Venom's origin will be done?? Keep in mind this is about a 2 hour movie,and we have Sandman's origin to do too,so I doubt there's going to be any big space missions to get the symbiote etc etc.

I don't think we'll get a Sandman origin. I think Venom is the more confusing origin of them, and Sandman makes little sense being on the whole beach nuke thing. I think Raimi is going to start off the film with Sandman already being a terror. Who knows, maybe the film is structured that Sandman is the villain in the first half while Spider-Man gets the symbiote, and then the villain shifts to Venom.

I hope there isn't too much focus on Sandman. He seems incredibly boring.

So much hostility as of late.. What with the big (little) Marcus/Ock fight, Symbiotica pointlessly attacking Spideys_sister, and that guy rudely and meanly defining the term n00b like he's one of those obnoxious High School jocks from the movies who deosn't even know how to type his own name on the computer. Luckily, he can type his name, and more. I think we all need to just calm down and stop looking for fights and ways to insult people. O.o

Anyway, I believe that we will have a Sandman origin and I think Harry will die.

Edit: BTW NoFate, I posted a plausible plotline for 3 that could fit into a 3 hour slot. Then some guy said that all Venom fans who were looking for ways that he could be in the movie and thinking up all these plots were pathetic. Guy was such an ass.

So, where is this possible plotline, synopsis, thing...

Doesn't have to though, its not set in stone. If he's a sympathetic character, then he pretty much does have to, but he could just be like the freak of the weak thing going on at the beginning.

If Venom is really in it, I can't see him taking a seat behind Sandman as the films minor villain. That means they'd have to spend more time on Venom, which is less time for Sandman.

Of course this could all be diverted if they just can all the MJ crap...c'mon Sam.

If they hadn't of given him a wife and child,I would agree he might not get an origin.

But he has got a wife and kid.And it's pretty obvious they are going to be a part of him becoming Sandman.

Otherwise there's no point in having them in it.

Electro,Mysterio and Scorpion might be too.

The possibility is not just limited to Venom.

But we all know it will be him, as much as some of you don't want it, its ganna happen, MORE than likely

Let's be honest. Seed is right. Venom has the strongest likelyhood. I think Raimi may have been skeptical of Venom at first, but I think that as he got deeper into the Spider-Man mythos, he probably learned more about the character. I know a lot of old Spidey fans from before I was born who first thought that Venom was a dumb idea, then saw how developed and complex of a character Eddie Brock is, and that he's just plain awesome. I'll post a funny picture from Sign of the Boss that gets me laughing every time. In the link I put below, it seems that Raimi has a much more open mind about Venom, and I doubt he would forget the fans. He's not Brian Micheal Bendis (kidding).

Sony may very well be forcing Raimi to do Venom. I hope not though. That'd mean that he didn't want to, and that he'll make Venom a terrible character. He'll focus on Sandman...ugh...

Still, we aren't positive yet that Topher even is Venom.

I had a feeling you'd say something like that. It was pointlessly. Injustice is injustice. If Spideys_Sister had said something offensive or something that deserved an attack, then maybe I'd agree with you. There's no skill in degrading and talking down to a teenage girl without warrant.
