Villain For Spider-Man 3?

it's already been confirmed that the villain is being done up with prosthetics....you cant do villains like sandman and lizards and venom with prosthetics....TFP posted support for this a few pages back.....i stand by the fact that its chameleon

its not chameleon man he can't hold up his own movie.harry and chameleon?maybe it could work but there is more proof of sandman than there is of chameleon.hobgoblin and chameleon.maybe they could make it peter dont want to fight harry meanwhile mj thinks that peter doesnt like her because chameleon changed into him and screwed things up.i never liked chameleon though

fair enough, i was just goin off the info thats been released about how they doin the villain. He had to shave his head, he's wearing prosthetics, he's not gonna be CGI...i dunno who else it could be....i mean, there may be 2 villains, but there's definelty another villain besides hobgoblin...cos they brought in the new actor...

I refer you back to the countless times its been mentioned that Raimi said he has 2 possibilities for Harry...

1. Becomes Green Goblin 2 as in the comics
2. Realizes his father's mistake and lets everything go

ok um a lot can change just so u know so he could be hobgoblin for variety or gg2 i dont care as long as he IS a goblin.that will be fine with me.it would be stupid not to become a goblin right now.

Now comes the question of "Why Chameleon and not a different villain?"

Well, if anyone has been paying attention to the pattern that has taken place involving the Spider-Man films and the video game adaptions then you will notice a very significant item. (Besides Green Goblin and Doc Ock) No character that has been featured in the games has been featured in any of the films and most certianly won't be in the near future. For instance, Black Cat was once included in the original script of Spider-Man 2 and then x'd out, then what? Black Cat was featured in the video game adaption of Spider-Man 2 and was not included in the upcoming Spider-Man 3 even after some fans' theories of this character being one of the villains.

Short list of characters that were featured in the video game adaptions:

1. Scorpion
2. Shocker
3. Mysterio
4. Black Cat
5. Vulture
6. Rhino

Characters that Thomas Hayden Church is obviosuly not going to play in Spider-Man 3:

1. Hobgoblin
2. Venom
3. Lizard
4. Green Goblin 2
5. Electro
6. Kraven
7. Carnage
8. Kingpin
A few others....

Plus Chameleon fits very perfectly into the pattern of classic villains that Raimi has chosen thus far.

Still any doubts out there?

though the article says theat venom may be a possiblity....i have some doubts....but it may be possible....so i guess my two bets are chameleon and venom

venom lol no in the MUD all day.sandman man and if i am wrong i will admit it but for now i stand on my belief of sandman.its Sams fav villain, in the mud,and chameleon would be alright i mean im not against it or anything but i just think that it is going ot be sandman.chameleon isnt that bad so i guess if it is him they r gonna go the route of him impersinating peter and mess up things between him and mary jane and maybe even be a bad spidey.its sounds like it could work.and with harry being a goblin they could make it where he thinks that peter is spidey but actually chameleon,nah i would rather have peter vs harry

Its simple.. its going to be the Sandman. The big question is will he have a partner or not?

Spiderman 1 - hatred for spiey starts
Spiderman 2 - he is absessed with finding out who he is
Spiderman 3 - wants spidey dead at all costs

THC: "He's a horse of many colors."

EW: There are horses in Spider-Man?

THC: "Let's just say he's an amorphous collection of protons, electrons, and neutrons, of different colors."

He said of different colours.He never said he changes colours.

And Sandman wears a green and black sweater and brown pants.

Unless they are changing his costume like they did with Ock and Goblin's.
