You know I'd take Venom in SM-3 without a proper set up over Chameleon any day.

At least Venom will actually give decent fight scenes.

wow i cant beleive you actually said that..from the person who thinks hell absolutely positively 100% thinks Venom will not be in it..I htink there still is a possiblity..movies can intro a character and give background VERY VERY fast.....lol..they coul dpull it off.....but highly unlickely

Oh don't get me wrong I don't believe for one second Raimi is giving us Venom.

I'm saying I'd take him any day over Chameleon.Even if he wasn't set up and his origin was all rushed.He'd be far better than the crappy Chameleon.

With nothing to support your claims Sandman would fall on your little list far before Chameleon ever would.

For the record, its not something new and while I won't go as far as calling it fact since there has yet to be an official announcement regarding the villain(s) its still not a rumor at least not on the level of your senseless Sandman theory.

So naive...

Being that all signs are pointing at the inclusion of more than one villain in the next installment there would be other characters do fulfill most of the crucial action sequences. Chameleon isn't meant to throw Spidey off of a building or fly around the sky, its not what the character is about. This villain would stick more closely to his comic book counter-part causing unmeasured grief and obstacles for the character of Peter Parker/Spider-Man. If you've noticed there is always tension and deep emotional conflict in Parker's life inside the films and this character would serve his purpose and cause damage the way no other villain in his rogue gallery can. He would likely be the tool of another individual or villain obviously, so your notions are highly misguided.

I agree that I don't think Chameleon would be a good choice at all, especially for the main villain. There would be no fight scenes.

We are exchanging comments concerning the villains in SM3 when you decide to post a picture which is quite frankly immature and when I decide to discontinue what has gone from a debate into obvious nonsensical acts...that is considered giving up?

I don't recall boasting about how incredible he is or saying "he would look like this" and "hes better because of that" even once. I merely explained what the character has done in the comics and what purpose he would likely serve in the film. If you read or look back at the posts thus far you will find that the only person who has made such comments about a villain has been you.

hey, I'm open to all opinions on villains...but dr ock....i havent seen so much as an article, quote, remark, lil kiddy's drawing, or whisper from any sort of source thats working even remotely close to the spider-man 3 movie to back up your claim that sandman is the villain. Where are you getting your sources from? And if its true that sandman is the villain, why hasn;t there been any updates on anything involving sandman.....the way i see it, numerous sources have talked as much about sandman as they have about Electro......

I'm leaning towards chameleon because at leats, there are some sources that hint at it.....which is alot more than i can say for sandman....^_^
