I never said that it devalued marriage either. What I said was that so high a percentage of marriages end in devorce, IMO it's better to just not get married at all... Makes things a lot less complicated for everybody.

And I hope you realize that by saying "very stupid people," you are talking about a good half of all the people who get married.

Plenty of people who are in love live together without ever getting married...

pff.. just because you wait til after marriage to have sex doesnt guarantee you wont divorce that person later on.. which would technically be like premarital sex in a way... I say before marriage is good .. as long as you dont wind up with a history of more than like 5 people... because I see it as a learning experience, and not really for recreation. You know.. learn what all the hype is about why sex is so good.. and then move on with your life *shrug* but thats just me I guess

Start screwing whenever you want, before, or after marriage. It's completely up to each individual to make up their own mind.

Marriage is a wonderful thing, but when the USA has a 50% divorce rate, it can scare the new generation to get married. I am in total favor of marriage, then sex. That is the order I find right. However, if you never plan on getting married, who am I to say you can never have sex?
