After a game like on saturday they should be able to just put this series away...freakin gay sox suck my left nut. The red sox curse will continue...i hope yankee fans at the stadium are rioting.
Good teams do not "let" other teams win, that's what bad teams do

Boston sucks, and their teams suck...the yankees will foil whatever chances Boston THINKS they have at making it to the World Series once again, how many times have Boston and the Yankees met in a alcs game 7? and how many times have the yankees won?...the curse lives on..
wow, what a great answer by another bright Yankee fan. If the Red Sox suck, the Yankees must be the worst team in the league if the sucky Red Sox can come back from down 3-0 and make it a game 7 🙄 🙄 🙄

Eh yeah they did but if the Yankees win tomorrow this series will just be another Yankees beating Red Sox, but if the Red Sox win tomorrow it will be the greatest comeback in sports history.

the sox got lucky...and yeah the yankees let em win, makes it more exciting for the fans anyway. More excitement=more $
sox suck, boston sux
113 your a total moron.. ive been on this site for years and i will rarely "flame" someone. But ignorant people like yourself make discussion impossible. Theres no way any one can say the yankees let them win, or that boston got lucky. Boston got outplayed the first 3 games, and NY got out played the last 3 its that simple. Also to answer your question, if you watched the game tonight they showd Bostons playoff history, they had one loss to NY in game 7 of the ALCS and that was last year.. so 1 is the answer
geez.. i really need some mod ability.. just get rid of people who talk shit and dont discuss and the bored would have half the clutter.
Game 7 will be very interesting with a variety pack of pitchers, timlin and lowe are the 2 that they are counting on being able to get through most of it... gordon and rivera got a day off finally so it will be interesting
lmao @ 113...you can't get "lucky" 3 games in a row!!
Yankee "fans" are horrible. They act like 14 year old girls that are permanently PMS'ing...if things don't go exactly how they want, they get all pissy. Unlike Sox fans, who back their team through it all, never get all whiny, never make lame excuses....yankee fans make the lamest excuses..."the umpires were horrible!"..."ortiz hit a homerun, but it shouldn't count, it was in extra innings!"..."we were out hit, out pitched, and out played, but it was raining, so it doesn't count!"...or, the yankee fan excuse of choice.....ready?.................."they got lucky!"
I love when ppl see after the game that they were wrong...like the Bellhorn homerun...and the A-Rod stunt...what a lil girl, smackin Arroyo
bottom line, 3 games in a row, the Red Sox BEAT the Yankees...just as the Yankees beat the Red Sox 3 games in a row...
wow..that wasn't hard to admit...that a team beat the team I am rooting for
for the record, i am not a hardcore red sox fan...those who I've actually had discussions on this board with know that
Hopefully Game 7 will be a good one...whoever wins. Good luck to Lowe, I'm glad he's starting and not Wakefield

you obviosly dont now many sox fans..yea they back there team up but they can get extremly whine and do make lame excuses
i'd rather have wakefeild in there than lowe but thats just me
The yankees are having a hard time hitting the fasball right now, so naturally you have to start Lowe, but you can also use Wakefield. The logic is if Wakefield starts, the yanks could prbably have a field day with him. Remember, Wakefield gave up the homer last year to Boone. I am pulling for the sox, and hope they make history.

problem with starting wakefield is that they cant start veritek because he cant catch him, and i think lowe is better rested, eithere way they will both play tomorrow
Exactly. Plus, the Yankees have seen a lot of Wakefield so far. I think you have to start Lowe in this situation, with Wakefield in the bullpen. I just hope its a good game either way.
Pete Munro for the Astros is gonna have to throw the game of his life tonight if they want to end it. I think the Cards will bounce back from their lack of offense Sunday and whack Munro. Then Game 7 should be awesome, with Clemens throwing.
I re-read my post from last night, and I must apologize to all that had to read through my uncarefully chosen words.

good point.I mean to blow a 3-0 lead even if they do win the series,I'd say that sucks pretty bad becoming the first team ever to allow a team in playoff history to come back and even the series. 🙄 the yankess really suck to allow that to happen.and this is coming from a guy wants to see the yankees beat the sox as I have mentioned already before why.

Yeah I think thats the best way to go is start Lowe because they are having a hard time hitting the fast ball and if Lowe falters, if he can give them 5 innings, then that would be a good time to use wakefield who has always caused them fits.

the yankess dont suck and boston doesnt suck... the bottom line is they are both amazing teams NY out played boston for 3 games and so boston stepped it up and outplayed them for 3 games, it had nothing to do with either of the teams sucking. A Boston NY series should always go 7 they are 2 good and have too much emotion for it not too..
PITCHING IS KEY! tonight it will be up to who is less tired..
ESPN broke it down really nicely http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/playoffs2004/news/story?id=1905714
we all know lowes starting, with wakefield baking him up, and leskanik is also well rested, arroya has thrown often but not a lot, and can come in tonight as well, timlin didnt throw game 6 either so hes got enough for an inning in him.. its gonna be a variety pack but boston definantly has the guys that can get it done..
NY has some guys who will be ok as well, their bullpen just isnt as good, but gordan and rivera finnaly got a night off so they will be up and ready.. although still tired
i cant wait!
Yeah Vader... i was going to say the same thing... They havn't been hitting the fastball so if Wakefield started it might get them hot and the score could be out of reach.... And i no the Yankees don't suck... cause if they did they wouldn't be here... but i hate them and i always say that the yankees suck... i dont mean suck by they're a horrible team... i mean suck because i hate them.... I think the cards will get it to game 7
and 113.... if anyone got lucky... it would be the Yankees... cause this series would be over already if schilling was never hurt... this proves what yankee fans are like
And A-rod being the jerk that he is slaps the ball out of Arroyo's glove and thinks it the greatest play he's ever did... and then when they reversed it he acted like he never did anything.... and when they told Jeter to go back to second he shook his head and did the safe sign.... give me a break
and i agree with most of what everyone said except for 113....
and i cant wait for tonight!
