Wow, I guess i'm the only one who was pleased.
But then again most the time fanboys do complain. 😛
Spoiler:
gambit having all thos levitating cards, and the exploding shock with the staff even tho it wasnt ademantium, how he can climb up walls with the charged staff somehow plus his eyes arent even red, i know its not that big a deal but it would have been really easy for them to do, wolverine and victor arent half bros, deadpool doesnt have a mouth he has WAY to many powers and was controlled by a computer, the blob wasnt actually the blob (that part was so stupid) and im sure there are a lot more things that i dont know about
Assuming the official game is still canon, Fred Dukes' codename wasn't the Blob, it was Kane which is kinda messed up on the one hand but Garrison Kane was a lame character anyway so I'm mixed on this. Chris Bradley being Maverick and David North being Agent Zero according to the same source I'm ok with tho since Chris Bradley was the second Maverick in the comics anyway.

Screeners are still not 100% quality Jinxy 😛 when you get it from online. Plus a lot of screeners have words going across the screen now and then throughout films. I couldn't stand that.10 minutes is an awful lot of special effects missing for a film, doesn't seem it but it is.
agreed
I have to agree that the movie does sucks. what were they thinking?, i mean, is it so hard to follow what happened in the comics?, the story was already written, all they had to do was to be true to the comics,.. for example, stryker shooting wolverine with adamantium bullets so as to lose his memory?.. cmon.... what happened to the famous helmet memory implants.. that would have made more sense. blob, agent 0, emma frost, young cyclops, beak and the xmen didn't have to be in the movie... i think any major fan can direct the movie better than what they did.. complete waste of time and valuable money. i was really hoping it didn't suck but it did.
The only legit part was the beginning and the adamantium bonding process, but as soon as he went to see gambit, the movie went downhill from there, and deadpoll?..oh crap.. no mouth with too much power?... if they covered his mouth why didn't they just give him the mask?... weapon xi?.. what the **** are this guys thinking?... i am angry that this guys had a chance to make a movie about one of the best comic character in history and they messed it up, big time, changing plots that is not canon with the comics. it doesn't have to be 100% canon but they twisted the plot too much.. that's what spoils movies like this.
I think they should remake it.. put a better director like the 300 guy. we need justice..lol
Well everyone has said something different so I guess it strikes a chord with everyone in a different way.
Personaly I like it when a movie changes it up, because I don't want to see every single thing translated.
I mean I guess it could be cool to do that, but I also want to be suprised at the same time.
But Mindset, I have to ask the question.
How are you not a fanboy?
You are on an X men forum. Or even if not what you might define as a fanboy, you're still on an X men forum talking about an x men movie.
So what kind of fan would you say you are then?

So talking about X-Men on and X-Men forum makes you a fanboy? I think you should look up the definition of a fanboy.
lol calm down man.
I mean even at that, you got juggernaut on your avatar. You must be a fan that cares a great deal about it.
It's not a bad thing,I was just curious.
Btw, I never said he was ultimately a fanboy,I just asked what kind of fan he would consider himself then. To me that seemed like one.
For all i know he's just a movie buff.
Even at that, you said I should look up the definition, yet I could not find one on definition.com
I guess that means the definition is open to interpertation.
mr.smiley's definition of fanboy is: A fan of a comic book or cartoon series,or maybe even possibly a book (normaly Male), who takes part in near epic and violent internet conversations through message boards. This person may also write a blog as well. Normally, a fanboy shows a great amount of spite towards changes in the comic book, and will detest newer story lines.
Upon a release of a comic book inspired movie this person will ritualisticly take part in a "bashing" of the film with other fanboys of the same source material.
Ironicly,no matter how bad the film is,or how bad the reputation, these fanboys will probably see the film at least twice upon its theatric release.
Fanboys also take part in heated debates on who would win between one comic book character and another.
