Theres 3 worlds.......the one where normal DBZ goes on with everyone alive...the "Fixed world"
the 2nd world is Where trunks is alive and he killed the adroids and cell (should watch that trunks movie)
the 3rd world is where the androids are dead, trunks is dead, cell is gone to the past and gohan kills him...understand yet?

I'm still confused...there were two different Trunks? One travelled back in time & one was killed by Cell, so two different timelines were created in the future, but they were different without any time travle been done yet, so how were they different? If nothing was done, then nothing was changed. If you got back in time & meet people, warn them, kill them etc, you change what as already happened in your time, so it doesn't happen in their time & creates a whole new world.Piccolo didn't defeat Cell & all I know is that there are three timelines.
1. The one Trunks goes to from the future & continues on to Buu Saga etc.
2. The one in the future with the Androids.
3. The one in the future, but Trunks has been killed.
Trunks returned to the future right after him and Krillin killed the embryonic Cell...That action, compared to Time Line ones Trunks (who stayed to fight Cell) created a fourth time line where Cell didn't exist.

See, that's why people fail to understand...They don't realize that there is a fourth world....The fourth world is quite pivotal in understanding the dimensions and time stream.

This is where things get really confusing,
Why did Future Trunks choose a year before he originally came to come and tell them he destroyed the androids.
If I remember correctly Cell was there a year before the first future trunks came, meaning the future trunks that came back to tell them he destroyed the androids picked that time.

yes if there is "time travel" theres an infinate amount of i guess...worlds...the one where the androids kill everyone is Trunk's and i Guess cells? both of theirs.......you know...they could do DBZ again but show what trunks has been doing, and his enemies, im pretty sure buu ****ed that place up unless they let the z fighters come back with halos
Aaaarrrggghhhhhh! My head hurts! Man this is tough to understand! How can there be a fouth time? There's three I know of, but we only see two, th ordinary time with everyone alive then Trunks' time where everyone is dead. The present & the future.
Another Trunks is killed by Cell which is how he travelled back in time. It was the exact same Time Machine, but no Trunks...fot this to happen, there must be a paralell world somewhere, I mean think about it! One future Trunks travels back in time & the other (his other self) does exactly the same & atempts to travel back but is killed. The same thing was to happen, but two different things happened. It's got to be paralell!

so my badalso if trunsk went through time and warned them nothing would of changed in his time, trunks has said that i think twice in the show,
so he can kill androids in past and they would still be around
and your wrong trunks was able to be cell after cell games, then he went back and told them i guess he beat them cus after trunks got back his mom gave him hair cut and after he beat th e androids he was going to tell them he beat them then cell came and trunsk killed him
That's not right, not at that time anyway because he stole his time machine then caused avoc in the past, then other Trunks goes & then Android/Cell Saga begins etc...if it was after Cell was killed, then it doesn't make sense.
