And as the scan of him killing Piccolo Show, he could concentrade his power in one fist or any part of his body. that is not only his strengh
and resisting any attack blast from Buu prove resistance and durability, considering Buu a lot lot more powerfull than Cell, that is something that is not take in consideration here.

First of all, it was 2 tons on each limb of Goku, V already proved that, unless you wanna argue with the official manga translation. According to his scans however, it indeed was 40 tons total in SSJ, which is what Goku said was impossible, Goku in base still can handle 10 tons, as he was handling 8 easily. Goku in SSJ mode was handling 40 tons as easily as he was 8 in base, so I put his strength in SSJ form ar 80-120 tons. Anything else is just pure speculation.

No exacts numbers by Toriyama, in speed and Strengh, like DC or Marvel does, however is not speculation how fast he progress in the Freeza Saga and how high he got From normal to being equal to Freeza, base on that, SSJ 2 and SSj 3 will follow the same kind of power up, Because is the same author how make the history the whole time from the beggining to the End, What is Speculation is saying that SSJ 2 is only 3 times SSJ 1 when The Cell Saga Show otherwise.
