Yea I only watched the Super 17 saga really. But I kept hearing about those and people always said it was ssj4 that couldn't hold up a building and other said that he was base form. So I just wanted to try and see for myself about the building one. The pole..I just want to see Gokou being stabbed through with it to see where he was stabbed.

Analizing this Goku child normal have trouble to put the building back to normal but SSJ4 he is fixing the tectonic plaque under the city.The contradiction is that if Goku normal child was strong enough to beat Cell and Freeza in hell, he would not need to tranform to fix the plaque of the city.
Considering the canon Cell was Supersaiyan 2 level, aproxim. and Freeza, aprox SSJ 1 level, So Goku normal beat both of them together in an easy way, considering the DBZ canon, Goku would not need to transform to put back the tectonic plaque.
Actually he never lift the city, the creature separate the city in 2, create a cannon and Goku put it back together, i think that feat is more dificult than lift the city, require more strenght to move a tectonic plaque.
