Vegeta is a prime example. Him turning good means Saiyan's only chose to be evil, they weren't born evil or anything.

Well lets see,normal Vegeta before those three years was way way way way weaker then the andorids(before the androids came he was moving in 300 G with easy),now even when he fought them he was atleast 30 times weaker then them in his(Vegeta) normal form but when he turned ssj he was 50 times stronger then his normal form,now even in his ssj form he was probably 20 times weaker then #17,now Imperfect Cell stage one was 10-15 times more powerful then #17,Imperfect Cell stage two was so powerful that #16 who was equal with his stage one form couldn't hurt him,now Ussj Vegeta was so above Imperfect Cell stage two that he wasn't even trying and he still could kill Imperfect Cell stage two with easy,now Perfect Cell was so strong(without going nowhere near his max) that he could take a kick from Ussj Vegeta without even moving or feeling it.
Now about the 50 times thing:Goku in the Freeza saga used kaio-ken 20(whch is 20 times that of Goku's base strength) against 70% Freeza and he still couldn't beat him(70% Freeza),now when he turned ssj his base was 50 times stronger making him equal with 100% Freeza.
And don't go by power levels,their non-canon,I saw power levels where kaio-ken 20 Goku had 6.000.000 and his base was 3.000.000,so don't go by what the power levels tells you.
And Goku said to Krillin(in the manga) when he was telling him about Kaio-ken that at kaio-ken 3 your base strength is 3 times stronger,at kaio-ken 4 your base strength is 4 times stronger.
