I suppose that one could say to oneself, "I shall now consume a sufficient quantity of alcohol so as to find attractive one who would normally be seen as unattractive," and the consumption of alcohol would indeed be a choice. However, once the alcohol takes effect, the man has little choice over whom he finds attractive.

It would be much like altering the sensory input of a heterosexual so that he would see a man as a woman (or that of a homosexual man so that he would see a woman as a man).
