Well many people say that if you were born that way maybe it was meant to be. I sometimes agree. For example if your were born straight you were meant to be straight.
There´s obviously a reason for it as its not natural.
And from a religous point of view a sin (Koran and the Bible clearly point this out). But so´s adultery and theres a lot of that going on.
In some cases a genetic error.
In others the following may be the cause:-
Women are confusing, moody, nag a lot and generally its too much work to get off with them so some choose the gay path.
Some are too shy to approach women, were pushed about to much by mummy, or had to much normal sex and went for more perversion to satisfy thier needs.

I'm not sure this has been said in the 200-odd pages so I'll throw it out there:
Maybe sexuality is a totally man fabricated idea, maybe there is no such thing as sexual orientation. But because society and mankind has created categories of such a thing the subconscious is made to make the decision of which it fits in to?
