No, but addressing them would be polite.
If they were answered already then why don't you quote your "answers" from a previous page? Doesn't sound too difficult. Especially since this particular discussion on this subject came up in the last few pages.

2. Did you bother to check the debate I had before that at all???? If you didn't, then you don't know if your question was answered or not
3. There is no LAW that one should answer the same question several times... over and over again. Asking a question and not listening to the answer is also considered impolite, even if you don't get the answer you expect. I'm not a candy machine that you can press buttons and get what you want.

Anyway....usually, if someone asks me to answer a question that I have more than answered, if I am feeling nice, I quote it for them....if I am feeling lazy, I tell them to just check back a few pages for my answer.
