Oh, and the hope that they really were mistaken and was looking for someone else, other than her, because of her to-steal-the-painting intentions. This suddenly got all a bit more interesting. Some pieces start to fall into place for you: a doctor is missing or dead and they think you did it... You now know that you're dragged into it.
You could try to find out more about what is happening around here, since there is no real plan yet to get out of the room...

I'll walk up to the guards and say, "Good day. I have a package for a Dr. Vittoria Tolentino. Your friends round the frount sent me back here."

of course you carry guns A4E... your trusty Walther PPK, or you can go for the PP9... or the Baretta
