When you open the elevator ... okok, lift... there is one heck of a long white, very bright hallway in front of you. (mind you, you have sunglasses like in Nightfire as standard equipment!)
From your first glance, you'll find mostly scientists (interrogation?) and files (copying documents?)... it's up to you if you want to stay here or not...oh and don't worry, I can hook you up with a cute guy if you want 😉
(I just threw for extra charm, but you got a 5 which is a failure. doesn't mean you lose something though)
The woman looks at you and sighs.
"Oh, I'm just the stockmanager here... I always hoped to be a big scientist but my physics-teacher decided otherwise."
You seem to have struck a sour spot as she looks down. When she looks up, she tries to smile.
"So... what brings you here?"
In the mean time she has tried to get a hold of the doorknob behind her back but failed on several attempts

"This whole building has been litterally swamped with those soldiers the last two weeks that it drives me nuts!."
She quickly flashes her ID Card to the guard in front of them who waves them through, clearly uninterested in the two of you and more in the newspaper in front of him.
You pass the next room and enter a lift. The girl pushes the button for the third floor.

you don't need to use your thermo to find the cafeteria, there are signs pointing to it... the trouble would be to find the assistant since there are quite some scientists there...

Julia pushed Burt onto the chair, than sat on his lap. She begins to rub him, but quickly hand cuffs him. She then goes down to unbuckle his belt, but grabs his gun.
"You really thought I'd look for I guy like you?" Julia asked, smirking.
Before Burt could say anything, Julia hits him in the head with the back of the pistol, knocking him out. Julia than ran out of the door of the interrogation room

As soon as you get outside, you look around and see you're at the end of a hallway, ergo limiting your choice to run in any direction. When you follow the hallway, you see two doors on your left side where one has an opened door. When you look inside, it's exactly like the interrogation room you just left, only this one has a bit of blood on the floor.
The other room has a closed door and you still hear some talking in it.
Do you wanna check something out or just run?
