Hannibal king doesn't have speed feats while in physical form that show him faster than well... anyone noteable.

Likewise.. even IF we were to accept that either of these characters are above Wolverine in terms of speed.... (we're not going to because they don't have the feats to suggest that, but just for arguments sake lets pretend) do you have direct quotes and proof showing Blade's faster AND it being stated? If so, please provide it.
Spitfire was certainly fast enough (She landed several attacks before Blade could begin defending himself) and she's already beaten him while coasting in neutral so that's nonsense. In any case, Blade didn't hold his own with Spitfire due to speed, but due to his ability to tank her hits enough to land his own... Again doesn't make him quicksilver.
It makes his damage soak well... at a "meh" level I suppose.
Well it does when you're trying to ignore Sabretooth's feats while boasting your own propaganda.
Sabretooth has feats against established characters with feats that can be compared to Blades and either hold their own or outstrip him completely.
Blade has generic feats which make him a typical street level, but no performances to claim he's a tier above the typical street kings. An argument you have to make in order to claim he's faster than Tooth.
