That seems rather out of character for the Hulk lol. He's always been such a slug fest dude. Why he would ever play possum to anyone I don't know. He's too proud, and too dumb to play possum.

Hard to decide on this I firmly believe that Cap has exceeded peak human a while back with sheer force of will. Wolverine due to his Adamantium bones is physically stronger because he can push his body beyond what would snap the bones of an average person. It comes down to whether or not Wolverine is going to use his near 200 years fighting experience effectively or stupid bull rush steve in brawler style. If Wolverine fights smart I say he has the advantage in overall combat experience, raw physical strength and HF. Steve has better reflexes, speed and just the willpower to take on Wolverine on = footing.
I say this one is a tossup. If it were to happen it would come down to the opinion of the writer.
I will say this though if it's juggernaut tanking wolverine cap stands no chance it would be a stomp 10/10.
If they are at average levels like I said 50/50.
Wolverine wins, but it's certainly not a stomp. Wolverine is meant to fight beings way above Cap, so theres no shame in Steve losing here, he has the stones to shield bash Logan onto KO, but this is far from an 'average' outcome. It all comes down to Logans durability, adamantium and HF, Logans average durability showings put him beyond being blunt force traumad to KO by someone in the 1.5 ton range.
Dojo encounter, on a point system and id gladly give Cap the slight edge. But Reen takes a comfortable lead in a forum-random-standard encounter.

logan will win majority but I think cap can pull 2 or 3 wins from sheer skill and tactical superiority

This doesn't apply here Starscream, the skill advantage is arguable at best. And the tactical 'superiority' doesn't count for much in a 1 on 1 fight, theres only one way he can take wolverine down and thats fast , repeated un answered blows with the shield to the side of the head. Nothing tactical about it, and getting into a position to ACCOMPLISH that is the hard part.
