And the tactical 'superiority' doesn't count for much in a 1 on 1 fight, theres only one way he can take wolverine down and thats fast , repeated un answered blows with the shield to the side of the head. Nothing tactical about it, and getting into a position to ACCOMPLISH that is the hard part.
why would blows to the head from someone with enhanced human physique be considered enough to KO someone who was in a pit being chain gunned for a week?

2. cuz hes the most skilled and tactical fighter in marvel. its obvious thing to do to an opponent who has an indestructible skeleton protecting most vitals.

in uncanny x factor he was stricken with every fatal disease on the planet, the the point that his lungs, windpipe, brain and heart were shutting down, yet was still not being put down.
Echo only made him made by using pressure points. Going by what are essentially the lowest end durability feats for wolverine makes it arguable that cap could harm him in some way. Going by the feats where he spends a week under fire from a chain gun turret suggest completely otherwise.

actaully echo pressure point did nothting to him. That just sasu talking out his back end. In fact it stated that it only made him angry.
true. Might not even stun him, there loads of evidence were such attacks do nothing to him, but piss him off.
