That is exactly what it is. There will be tons of upset fans no matter who is the winner if they proclaim a decisive winner. My point is just that wolverine edges out Captain america, or at least he should

i still don't see why you (generic YOU) say this - i mean why you say wolvie SHOULD win. wolvie is a LITTLE stronger - not enough to give him any serious advantage. his healing has been overcome MANY times in the past by strong enough blows - ie - he has been KO'd many, many times. his skeleton is only LACED with adamantium. he does NOT possess and adamantium skeleton and some of his bones CAN be broken - including his neck as wolvie himself admitted when he fought spidey. there is no real difference in fighting skill. whenever they HAVE matched up, wolvie has been unable to connect with cap because of his shield. cap's shield CAN be as deadly a weapon as wolvie's claws AND it is the supreme defense in cap's hands. one blow to the throat may well decapitate logan - at least do sufficient traumatic damage to put logan down so cap can end it. cap wouldn't go to that extreme unless he absolutely had no choice, but it is an avenue he could take to win the fight. no adamantium bones, and no healing factor could prevent it - cap wins.

and I agree with a lot of the points in leanidas' post...I just don't think cap can knock him out with punches...or break any of his bones....wolverine may have thought that spiderman could break his neck back in the day but i'm guessing he was under the same assumption as any logical person would be in that his neck's cartilidge/disks would be dislodged....didn't know his skeleton was bonded on the molecular level yet.....until one of his adamantium bones DOES break I will assume that they can't.......
