Captain America vs. Wolverine

I'm sorry but those examples are plain silly. Cap got surprised, then started thinking. He countered pretty much whatever Wolverine threw at him. And he was just preparing to counter that as well before getting surprised. What does this mean? It means that a Captain America that's only parring not hitting back can keep his own against a berserked Wolverine.....yep....

I'm saying wolverine had a slight advantage over cap cause cap was already/or at least should have been pretty tired......logan should have been fine he had just rested for a long while before he got to cap......in either case the fight in question makes a good argument for either party....

But Logan had fight off a horde off werewolves too.

Besides... it doesn't take long for Wolvie to rest b/c of the healing factor.

This fight is too close for me.

Cap takes this. He dosent have to kill wolverine or rip his arms off all he has to do is knock him out. Wolverine might have the healing factor, but if it takes him 10 minutes to get up and heal a huge gash across his neck the fight shouldent continue. Everyone always thinks that wolverine's healing factor will save his ass all the time.

I don't even understand how the original poster thought that would help Wolverine. Or how that proves him to be a better fighter.

maybe it was a desperate thing, trying to make it seem like Wolverine can take on Cap without any trouble. However, it worked the entire way around as it clearly shows that a Cap that isn't even trying to hurt Logan can hold his own just fine....even when Logan's in a bloodlust mode.

I think that Caps pretty much kept up with a berserker Wolvie while trying to reason with him and not fight at his full potential.

With one hit he flattened wolvie, sure wolvie got up, but if caps had of started the fight throwing bolos like that and with the intent to kick Logan's ass instead of reason with him this would have been a different fight.

This thread actually does wolverine a disservice if you are trying to make a case that he is superior to caps.

Logan is such a weak mutant, I cannot believe he was one of my favorite back than. I like his unique personality, but he is weak, I am just disugsted.

Imo wolverine is a far more interesting character

ok one punch from hulk will do more damage then capt could do in 5 hours. wolverine just as good ore a better fighter. wolverine is a level a head of capt in every area just look in marvel 2005 hand books. wolverine stamina is far higher then capts is. also he can heal any wound he is almost immortal. capt cant win wolverines got this in the bag

i would also like to add that that comic clip some oen was showing I own it and if u read the whole thign wolverine is fight feral. he is being mind control he is using no fighting skill at all he is an animal just liek the warewolfs in it he is using the same amount of skill as them which is non at all. He still was winnign just thing of what wolverine suing his fighting skill would do.
