Captain America vs. Wolverine

caps the man....but wolverine's more interesting drama wise.....anyways I understand why this fight is slightly in wolverine's favor just as I understand why it's against him as well....
in wolverine's defense....when cap hit him with his all...it' just made wolverine angry.....cap tried to keep up after that and he couldn't.....but given cap his defense.....had quite a few things going against him.....but again wolverine was being controled and not even in one of his "true" berserker rages though he was hella pissed off......but had no display of skill.....but cap was able to handle his speed and claws easily enough......

like I said before...the fight make good points and arguments for both parties.....with claws out though....wolverine would be able to take cap imo.

While technically Wolvie was telling spidey the truth I guess, break wolvies neck and he's dead. . . You can't break his neck. You'd have to break the things that are protecting the nerves . . . that'd be the adamantium laced bones.

I guess give Wolvie a hard enough shock to the head that'd still shake the brain enough to knock him out, or give him a concussion (Bruise the brain)

But what they hell was that shit about Ultimate Cap taking wolvie down with an assault rifle? That's ridiculous and the writer of that comic should be shot by an assault rifle.

Wolvie survived plowing through a haillstorm of bullets and wasn't even slowed. . .

But Wolvie took spidey's blows to his noggin and wasn't knocked out. . .

And Spidey has superhuman strength, as in greater than Cap. So how does a weaker blow knock Wolvie out when a stronger one does not?

cap never knocked him out! he hit him back and away and made him angry....not a KO

anyways in ultimate wolverine was basically running through everyone he came accorss in that book....he was probably alreadt pretty tired as he was in nonstop action.....but my guess.....cap being the professional he is knew exactly where to shoot wolverine to put him down.....organs nerve clusters etc etc...i thought that was pretty awesome actually... even ultimate cap knows risking a head on confronation with wolverine's a bad idea...

I'd say this fight could go either way. Might even simply stalemate when they fight.

They both have super endurance. And it does take effort to hide behide the sheild and not get hurt, so Cap couldn't just pull a homer and let wolvie tire himself out. Because when Wolvie hits the shield the shiled would go into Cap (not hurting him but the shield would move) who would have to brace or put in some sort of effort to resist the attack.

So I'd have to say that this would stalemate under the best conditions. Neither of them can openly attack the other. Cap couldn't richochet the sheild . .as that would leave him a bit more open while the shield was ricocheting.

Not sure if the nerve hits would be as effective technically. . . I mean if a person can eventually recover from a nerve pinch naturally Wolvie's Recovery would be enhanced. . .

I guess it'd be a stalemate. They both take thier endurances to their limit and tire.

i agree with the stalemated but caps sheild won't be going anwhere it's made out of a special vibranium that absorbs impact....this is why he can hide behind it during fights with hulk, she hulk, etc....the sheild was also physically designed to disburst force upon impact....like I said the sheild goes nowhere...... nerve pinches will at least slow wolvie down and leave him open for other attakcs....plus caps also got a plasma or whatever that is energy sheild that he can toss away at a whim....

It's still a hard call to make. . .

it won't absorb all the impact from hulk-like characters obviously....but it will be more than sufficient for wolverine's strength class...

Wolverine gets a bonus on his attacks because of his adamantium as well. . . It's like adamantium "brass" knuckles . . . or an adamantium baseball bat.

This fight is still too close to call though.

Yep, that's why I say 50/50.

Both are great fighters.

One has a shield.

the other has adamantium laced bones and a healing factor.

It really is a tough call.
