I'm glad to see that at least a handful of these guys are actually strong. I thought these guys were gonna be a bunch of chumps. Luffy may have to screw up and put more effort into these battles.

I've been watching those Onepiece in 6 minutes videoes and every time I get to this part I tear up. So damn epic.

Good, lots of punching and bizarre and sort-of lame characters, but at least things are moving foward.

I bet the super punch thing will be hilarious.

i literally started reading onepiece a month ago and i gotta say it is ****ing long.
the chapters should be longer, i mean it been over 700 and they have only just gotten past the redline.
i love it and all but i thought more woulda happened by now

They talked about it when CP9 got their fruit. Jabra was afraid to let another fruit even near him for that reason.

Indeed, the first reference to not-being-able to eat two fruits -that I remember-, was back in Water 7. In any case, Luffy knows he cannot eat it himself! I bet he'll end up giving it away 😛

I'll comment- this is pretty much what I expected earlier in the time skip. A New World full of powerful fighters. Multiple former 'super rookies' and 'old times' and top fighters from various lands.
