Just passed the part where Zorro meets the person he wants to defeat the most and the Blue whatever pirates just got defeated at the floating restaurant.

Try to keep reading until the Arlong arc, which is right after the one you are one.

I'm into the Arlong arc, already. Biitch be going back to her home land and reportin' to da boss n'stuff.

Also, I have to take a dump, right now.

If you're still seeing Don Krieg you aren't in the Arlong arc.

Mind you I actually prefer Don Krieg as a villain over Arlong but I'm a minority. The star of the Baratie Arc is really Mihawk, the first sign of the much bigger world of One Piece. The guy is so strong he could casually defeat every character you've seen.

Well besides Shanks and probably the higher ups in his crew. And Roger but that is a given.

Yeah, Don Krieg is freaking loathsome as a villian. He's such a cheap piece of shit I really wanted him to get his shit pushed in.

Well I mean Kuro and Arlong weren't exactly likable lol.

But I prefer Krieg because he actually has a somewhat ambitious goal whereas the others just wanted to lay around content with their power. Krieg was mostly just a no name trying to be somebody which made him akin to Luffy in a sense. But whereas Luffy excels because of his own potential and care for his team Krieg dismisses them and believes the guy with the best shit would win.

It has some great emotional moments and pretty epic fights. Good humor mixed with good action.

It also has some really slow pacing in some parts, which is why it's not my top much of the time (but it has been my top at some points).

We still lack an enemy turned friend in the team, so Bellamy for new nakama uhuh

Robin doesn't count?

About as much as Franky? I mean, I suppose Robin was supposed to be their actual enemy, but she wasn't exactly against them, she helped them from her first interaction with them didn't she? They didn't have to beat her either.

Considering Franky did beat the crap out of Usopp and stole his money he's actually a better example. Thanks for reminding me why Franky is my least favorite Straw Hat lol.

But even if Robin didn't oppose the Straw Hats directly she was pretty much a neutral party the whole time. So eh.

Why was Luffy cheering for Bellamy? Luffy's so weird.

Because he was the only person Luffy knew in the arena I guess.

I hate Bartolomeo. Not for the reasons Oda intended either(though the design is okay). I sincerely hope Burgess breaks him in half.

It's pretty crazy how he managed to block that punch. Anyone who gets through his barrier is hot shit.

If the tournament follows conventional rules then his next opponent will be Burgess. Who, unlike every single character of Block B, has some actual relevance to the grand scheme of things. Now if Bartolomeo beats him....

I'm just annoyed that Bellamy got beaten down offscreen. Why build him up? Also I wonder who Bartolomeo is planning to give the fruit to?

Well, I just wanted Bellamy to win because he's sort of a Yamcha character, but the King punch was just too much!!

I was wondering about the knights of Dressderosa that where supposed to fight in the tournament, will they face the winners of each block before they fight each other or are they already inside of the blocks?

Aura, I think the fight Bellamys fight was off-screen so that we could be in the dark about Barts powers until the final punch. Draw out the mystery, y'know?

Then why have Dan Hack lose to him in a way that leaves little to the imagination?

If it didn't, then why were we all thinking he had some kind of rebound power? Returning an attackers power onto themselves. We saw a glimpse there, enough for us to speculate. If Oda had shown a full fight it would have been obvious, plus you'd just be complaining about wasting a fight on Bellamy when he's out of the competition.
